We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $45. Or, if you are using a Groupon, we will redeem your Groupon.
No Show Policy
If you do not show for an appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your scheduled appointment cost. For Groupons, we will once again redeem the full Groupon.
We understand that time delays can happen but in order to keep our service providers on track, we do have a 15 minute late policy. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment, your service provider has the option to ask you to reschedule.
